RATES

- Our rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. Our rates include you're comfortable, private lodging, three wonderfully prepared ranch meals a day plus snacks, our awesome horse programs, all on ranch activities, all children's programs, and all taxes and gratuity! A two-day minimum stay is required starting on a Sunday or Wednesday. Week vacation packages start on Sunday and end Saturday of any given week.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and cash. A 50% deposit by credit card is required to hold reservations and is refundable upon cancellation at least 60 days in advance (Minus a service charge of $50 per person cancellation fee). Otherwise, the deposit may be credited against a future visit at prevailing rates.

- SUMMER:
High Season: June 13th to August 21st, 2010
- Adult: $267.50 per day. Total week: $1605 per adult per week.
Children 7 to 12: $224.70 per day. Total week: $1348.20 per child per week.
Children under the age of 7: $169.40 per day. Total week: $1016.40 per child
per week.
- SPRING / FALL:
Off Season: May 2nd to June 12th and August 21st through September 25th, 2010
Adult: $210 per day. Total week: $1260 per adult per week.
Children 7 to 12: $175 per day. Total week: $1050 per child week.
Children under the age of 7: $129.16 per day. Total week: $775 per child
per week.
Note: Horse programs are included in all rates, however horse programs
are optional, and may be subtracted from the total weekly rate.
